1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website of Tjcoastgirl Crafts, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Products and Services
Tjcoastgirl Crafts sells handcrafted goods and related products.
Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our Product descriptions. However, because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, size, or detail may occur and are not considered defects. All descriptions of Products or pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
Availability: All orders are subject to Product availability. If a Product is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will notify you and either issue a refund or offer an alternative.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges are not included in the Product price and will be added at checkout.
Payment: We accept the following forms of payment: Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and Zelle. You warrant that any payment method you use is your own or that you have the authorization to use it.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date ordered, unless otherwise noted for custom orders.
Custom Orderes: Custom orders require a minimum of 5 days and can take anywhere from 5 days, up to 2 weeks from the date of deposit to receive an update on when your item will be shipped. Tjcoastgirl Crafts will contact you via Email when orders are being ready to be processed and shipped. Full payment is required before your item is shipped. If item is not paid in full within 2 weeks after the product is finished, the custom item will be added to the shop to be sold and deposit will be refunded.
Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Tjcoastgirl Crafts is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are outside of our control.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Customers are in-charge of shipping fees due to location and price per area.
5. Returns and Refunds
General Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may email the company about the item within 24 hours of delivery for a refund. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items: Custom or personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at tjcoastgirlcrafts@tjcoastgirl.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tjcoastgirl Crafts and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Tjcoastgirl Crafts.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission from us.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tjcoastgirl Crafts, nor its owner, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; any content obtained from the Service; and unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Mississippi and the laws of the US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
